BSVKey's Inference MCP Lands in the Official Registry

The window's real news is BSVKey's pay-per-call inference listing going live in the standard MCP directory, alongside a run of small but concrete app updates from Janus, Zoide, Sovereign Receiver, and others.

What Mattered

Protocol and Technical

BSV TIMES reported that BSVKey's inference MCP is now discoverable through the standard MCP server directory, letting AI agents request Claude or Grok inference paid in BSV. This is the concrete infrastructure item of the cycle — a real listing on a widely used registry rather than an announcement of intent.

As it does most cycles, Teranode's own account (BSVTeranode) restated the microservices framing (Validator, Block Assembly, Propagation as specialized services), the throughput pitch of 1,000,000+ sustained tx/sec versus BTC's 7 and Visa's ~65,000 peak, and the standing claim that Teranode has been in production deployment on BSV mainnet since its October 2025 public release, source-available and written in Go. None of this is new this window — it's included here as background, not as news. Also framed as background rather than news: the removal of a block size limit entirely, with capacity scaling by adding machines.

bsvcx_ reported live chain health observations — a block race resolving near height 965,935 and, separately, a 3-second gap between blocks at heights 966,024 and 966,025, described as the closest-spaced blocks since the site began tracking.

BsvPanama noted the April 2026 Chronicle upgrade as a base-protocol lock-in, alongside BRC-100 standardization and the @bsv/sdk positioning the ledger as a standard cloud database connector for developers. Wolfgang Lohmann also referenced Chronicle in the context of protocol stability. PacArtCollect reposted the 7 April 2026 Chronicle release date as an established milestone.

Uncledolfo reported a wallet issue: after Yours Wallet's backend updates migrating to BRC-100, MNEE UTXOs are not being displayed, tagging yoursxbt for help. Unresolved as of the window.

Apps, Products, and Launches

Janus (SirBiscuits1): Beta launch of a wallet-neutral cross-chain swap. Supports BSV to/from SOL, HYPE, BELLS, and other assets, with profile pull from Twetch, HandCash, or BRC-100, no signup or key custody. A follow-up post reported a SOL-to-BSV swap completed in 4 seconds.

Zoide (ZoideNFT): The 1Sat ordinals non-custodial marketplace now has a dedicated documentation site aimed at answering onboarding questions a first-time reader would actually have, rather than in-app help for users already committed.

Sovereign Receiver 1.0 (BSVSearch): Extension of the earlier Sovereign QR Maker. In addition to producing payment-request QRs, the tool now verifies whether the payment has actually arrived before completing a sale.

Raycast extension (wildsatchmo): Luke Rohenaz's Bitcoin SV tools extension for keys, transactions, and scripts was accepted into the Raycast store and is installable.

Paiybit (paiybit): Reported 3 of 1,000 grid squares sold at 1 BSV each, with the covenant on BSV mainnet enforcing price and settlement per key.

BitcoinSV2026: Released a small HTML widget page showing BSV ratios and prices, distributed as a downloadable file.

Babbage/BitGenius (ProjectBabbage): Reminder that subscriptions can be paid in BSV, alongside a separate post rejecting a pay-for-coverage pitch from Enterprise Security Mag.

Treechat (treechatai): Running a creator contest with a 10 BSV reward pool split among 1-2 entries, submissions open now with a Monday deadline.

bsvdrip: Site update finalizing a /Live page and adding a /Rewards page documenting previous airdrops.

Business and Adoption

BitcoinSVCOL reported successfully getting several people to accept BSV as payment for small jobs, framing it as slow but real adoption. In a separate thread, they pushed back on John Pitts' state-of-Bitcoin/fiat-trading analysis (EquityDiamonds), arguing CoinMarketCap data understates BSV activity because many coins move P2P between applications and via swap services rather than exchanges.

Morningstar posted an unrelated fund-industry item that used the ticker $BSV to refer to a Vanguard bond fund — not the BSV ecosystem, worth noting only because it will surface in ticker searches.

Timesly asked Robinhood publicly to relist BSV, framing removal as the reason users switch apps.

Community and Discourse

BSVCasey posted the cycle's most-engaged community thread, arguing BSV would be materially further along if participants supported each other more consistently instead of defaulting to friction, and asking what changes people would like to see. Responses split into recognizable camps. bsvdrip agreed and called for more partnerships between BSV apps. cryptorebel_SV drew a line between passion-driven builders and funded ones, arguing the funded contingent is less willing to engage adversarially on BSV's behalf. abaines911 argued builders should stop pitching BSV to enterprises and pitch business benefits instead. BSVSearch made the counter-case that real growth is always grassroots and enterprises follow individuals, not the other way around. ctblizzard was blunter, saying enterprise adoption has not materialized and users cannot buy BSV in many regions. anil_bharrat sketched a staged local circular economy model (medium of exchange, then store of value/dual unit of account, then Bitcoin unit of account).

Separately, robert_bsv floated a rhetorical challenge for Satoshi to convert 50 BTC from the Genesis wallet into BSV and hold it there. NickSimonTV replied speculating this becomes more plausible after a December 10 date related to legal constraints — unverified context, worth watching only if something concrete follows.

BullRushClub posted that a BIP110 fork attempt on the BTC chain opened on 8 August 2026 at block 961,632, drew under 3% miner support, produced four blocks from a single entity, and died. Worth noting as an outside claim rather than confirmed reporting.

FoxBSV noted a price disparity: BSV showing $77 on X but $17 on Twetch, without further explanation of the source.

Other

The @vtabsv2 account (BART Silicon Valley) surfaced in the pull because of the shared acronym but is unrelated to Bitcoin SV. The @BloodSweatBetz UFC post also uses "BSV" as sports-betting jargon (Best Single Value), not the coin.
